Responding to requests for a Writers Around Town (formerly known as Writers' Night Out) at a location that has food, mark your calendar for Sunday, July 2, 4-6 p.m., at The Quiet Pint Tavern, 1420 W. First Street, near the intersection with Hawthorne Road. There is indoor and outdoor dining options, depending on the weather. The covered outdoor patio has ceiling fans. The menu ranges from appetizers to salads to sandwiches and they're known for their mac'n'cheese. Everyone will pay for their own food and beverage.
