You should have your pdf files ready (for print, ebook, or both) and have an account with KDP/Amazon or IngramSpark. If setting up the account is confusing, we can do that in the session, too. Bring your laptop. Bridget will support us as we courageously push the PUBLISH button and deal with final-stage error messages.
