Creativity arises from our own experience. By deepening our attention, we expand our experience and enhance our creativity. In this workshop we’ll use exercises and prompts to explore our senses and memory as a way of focusing creative energy. Opening ourselves to our own creative experience changes the world, one person at a time. Workshop will be lead by Steve Mitchell and Carol Roan.
